The Dale — West Vancouver

At this project, our team at VerboWorks installed a high-performance exterior wall system designed for both durability and aesthetics. We began with a tyvek commercial wrap for weather-resistant barrier, providing superior protection against air and moisture. Next, we installed pressure-treated rainscreen strips, creating the ventilation cavity required for a proper rainscreen system. The siding features beautiful pre-finished James Hardie straight-edge shingles in Cobblestone finish. To complete the details, we installed pre-finished 24-gauge Cascadia Metals window trims and Hemlock 1×6 soffits, adding warmth and precision to the overall look.
